This felt great. I was able to keep my heart rate at a nice, steady pace without needing to adjust my speed. Did the “workout” part at 5.5km/hr. Still not fast, but that will come.

I also spent the workout time listening to the audio version (unfortunately, abridged) of Tim Ferriss’ new book “The 4-Hour Body” . Totally inspiring! Lots of fun. I feel completely motivated today!
