Weightloss and Superfoods: Sweet Potatoes or Yams

Sigh. Ok, so this roller coaster continues, though I’m thinking most of it is natural fluctuation. For the most part, we aren’t even talking about a full pound of difference.

I do see that it’s going to be very important for me to start focusing on this, and I am beginning to get a handle on the craziness that is my life, so I’m thinking that’s going to be sooner rather than later – which is good! 🙂 Watch for it!

Moving on to happier topics, this week’s superfood is Sweet Potatoes or Yams.  Another vegetable that I love!  I especially love home made sweet potato fries!

So, why are these beauties so healthy and good for you?

  • They are relatively low in calories
