Ah yes, this is looking much better.  Here’s what I’m learning this week about weight loss – live with passion!  How much of my mindless nibbling, and unhealthy eating comes through plain old boredom?  Or just that sense of feeling “lost”?

This week has been an interesting one of exploration.  A foot injury has reduced my ability to keep up with my training, but it seems to be almost done.  Normally I would have a 2 hour interval walk this morning, but instead, I’m relaxing and massaging and icing and all that good stuff!

In the meantime, I’m also beginning an adventure that you’re going to start hearing about over this next week, so stay tuned for some pretty cool stuff!  You don’t want to miss it!
