Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been offering you a free lesson from my Total Body Radiance Program.  Today I’m offering you week 3.  In case you missed the first two, you can find them here:

Lesson 3

Here we are already at lesson three! How are you feeling?

We’ve got more great stuff for you this week, so let’s jump right in.

First of all, don’t forget to weigh and measure yourself, and record it on your chart. You might be noticing some slight changes already. Not big ones yet, but they will get bigger and bigger as we start making more important shifts in your everyday lifestyle. If you are noticing changes, please share them in the comments section below. If you’re not, hang in there, it’s coming!
