Checking In – Week 2

Ok, as promised, here are my weight loss results for my first week:

I’m pretty pleased with this result – down almost 2 pounds – and hope to keep it up over the next couple of months.  I have found it fairly easy to stick with healthy eating and fewer calories, and I’ve been surprised to see that my long walk on Sunday was not in any way affected by the lowered calories.

I also lost a few inches where it counts, and gained a few where I don’t mind (calf/arm) because it’s muscle, not fat, and my BMI has dropped by .329 points, so I’m a happy camper!

I’ll keep this up and see what next week brings!
