Checking in – Week 3

Well, here are my results for week three:


I’ve also lost a total of 7.25 inches across my body – in all the places that count!

I’ve been amazed at how little I’m even thinking about food!  I don’t even have any cravings, which is amazing for me.  A couple of days back I took my kids to Tim Horton’s and didn’t even want anything.  THAT’s amazing, because I am totally infatuated with their blueberry fritters (which is why I don’t go there very often . . .)

My energy is good, I’m sleeping well, and I’m losing weight.

Can’t complain about that, now can you?
