I've been doing slow motion, high intensity, low-impact strength training (SafeStrength®) for over six years with amazing results. It literally saved my life. My husband and I were so impressed with it, he interned for a year with Gary Lindahl, a SuperSlow Master, and became certified. We then opened our own studio, and created a similar protocol and named it SafeStrength®.

We have helped countless numbers of people feel more alive and become more functionally fit and it is our passion to do this for as long as we're able.

Thanks for commenting on this extraordinary method!

Thanks for this, Fred. I'll check it out.

I took time to look through your site as well. I love the whole thing about strength training with kids. I'm looking for something to encourage my own kids (14 and 15). This might very well be the solution.

Thanks for posting!
